Payment and shipping
The following conditions apply:

We do not charge shipping costs.
Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer, the following applies: Order processing takes place within 24-48 hours and delivery of goods within Germany takes 3-12 working days; for deliveries abroad, it takes 3-12 working days. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment unless we have made other arrangements with you. Further details regarding payment
When paying by SEPA direct debit, you authorize us, by issuing a corresponding SEPA mandate, to collect the invoice amount from the specified account.
You will receive a pre-notification at least 5 days before the direct debit payment date. Please note that you are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available in your account on the notified date.
When paying by credit card (without using a payment service provider) Your credit card account will be charged when the goods are shipped.
